Bohdan Parashchak

Conductor, accompanist, Tomatis® Consultant and Alexander Technique Teacher.

My Approach

Music has always been an essential part of my life. My curiosity about its profound influence—emotional, mental, and spiritual—led me to question why it affects listeners so deeply. Could its meaning reach beyond the emotions we feel in the moment of listening?

Along this journey, I came across the Tomatis® Listening Method and the Alexander Technique. Years of study and personal experience with both have helped me to begin to understand music—its purpose, and the way we engage with an art form that touches us all.

What inspires me most about Tomatis® and the Alexander Technique is their universal relevance. They are not limited to musicians; they speak to everyone, from the very young to the old, from trauma to healing, from insecurity to confidence, from language learning to vocal development—both methods open the door to better health, clarity, and a more balanced mind.
